The scout form is a public page where new talents can apply to join your agency. You share its link on your website, social media or anywhere else, and every application comes into Flowboard for your team to review.
Turn on the scout form
Only admins can change this setting.
- Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Click Scout form in the Settings menu.
- Check Accept public scouts.
- Click Save settings.
Your scout link is now live.
Share your scout link
On the same page, find Scout link and click Copy. Paste the link wherever you want talents to find it, such as your website, Instagram bio or an email.
What applicants fill in
The form asks for:
- Profile picture, full name, email, phone and nationality
- Measurements and social links
- Portfolio: up to 10 images or videos (PNG, JPEG or MP4, up to 25 MB each)
- Notes about their experience or availability (optional)
When someone applies, your team gets a notification and an email, and the application appears under Scouts. See Manage Scout Applications.
Turn off the scout form
Uncheck Accept public scouts and click Save settings. Anyone who opens your scout link will see a message that scouting is closed.
