What is a talent group?
A talent group is a label you create to organize your talents by type. For example, you can have one group for models, one for actors and one for influencers. A talent can belong to more than one group.
Once your groups are set up, you can:
Filter the Talents page to see only the talents in one group.
Filter the Talent performance report by group.
Find the right talent faster when assigning them to work.
Where to find talent groups
Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Click Talent groups in the Settings menu.
This page lists all your talent groups with their name and description.
Create a talent group
Go to Settings > Talent groups.
Click New talent group.
Enter a Name, for example "Model". You can also add an optional Description.
Click Create talent group.
Each group name must be unique within your agency. To rename a group or change its description, click the actions menu next to the group and select Edit.
Add a talent to a group
Open the talent from the Talents page and click Edit. You can also do this while adding a new talent.
Pick one or more groups in the Talent groups field.
Save your changes.
Filter talents by group
On the Talents page, the groups you created appear as buttons above the list. Click a group to see only its talents, or click All to see everyone again. Each talent's groups are also shown next to their name in the list.
