How to start a data migration
- Open the support chat by clicking the chat icon at the bottom of any page in FlowboardPro.
- Send us a message saying you'd like help with data migration.
- Our team will reply with the next steps and let you know what we need from you.
What to share with us
To help us get started quickly, include these details in your message:
- Where your data is today, for example Excel, Google Sheets or another software.
- What you want to bring over, for example talents, clients or contacts.
- Roughly how many records you have.
If you can, export your data as a spreadsheet or CSV file before you reach out. We'll tell you how to send it to us securely.
